As Seller

• Register yourself as a Seller/Buyer from the Action4bid main page.

• Get all Inquiries in your Mail Box on Action4bid.

• Receive all Inquiries in your Mail Box both group and personnel Inquiries.

• Send your Offers online. 

• Automate your response system by offering your goods on the online store. 

• You automatically get registered as a Buyer too to make your own purchases. 
  

As Buyer

1. DO NOT Register yourself again as Buyer because as seller you are already registered as a buyer.  After registration you can login from the Action4bid Main Page.

2. Now You can Inquire/Work in a virtual Geographical location which may be a city, a state, a country,  a continent or any where in the world. For this you can change your present location of Inquiry from clicking :-

On the change location page you can choose your location by using the drop down windows. *Please note, this is a new service and you might not find all locations. In such a case please broaden your search area to a country or write to us.

3. Let us assume we choose India in our location page and that we are searching for an Computer Software Developer from India. So after we click on Change Location and are back on the home page our present working location will be India:-

4. You must choose the Product / Service by either clicking on an alphabet or by entering it directly in the text box below. For our case,  we will click on C to reach Computer Software Developer as we are looking for Computer Software Category or we can enter Computer in the text box to reach Computer Software Developer.

*Note: If you click on an alphabet you will always be taken to the categories starting with second alphabet as C on the next page,  so here we must then click on CO to reach Computer Software category. 

5. Here you can click either on Computer Software to reach the final listings page or click on Inquire to raise your Inquiry. If you choose to look up the listings by clicking on Computer Software then from the next page too you can click on Inquire All to raise your Inquiry to inquire to all the seller member of that category from the next page you can also raise an inquiry to selected seller members belonging to that category.

6. From the Login page please enter your login name and password, to send an Inquiry. This is necessary as only you will receive the offers to this Inquiry, Pre-sorted in your mailbox on Action4bid by Price.

7. Fill the Inquiry form as you would in real life & submit it.

Your inquiry will be submitted to Action4bid and the intelligent engine of Action4bid will post this to seller belonging to your inquiry automatically as it was desired to Computer Software Developer of India.

8. To check your Offers. Login in to Action4bid member login from :-

9. Click on the offers received and get all offers Pre-Sorted by Price.

Click on the details of the lowest Price and if you like it, go ahead, negotiate and strike the best deal.
